Context

Diana ViSposa is a bridal couture label. Its website presents gown collections by name, alongside pages for the brand, partnerships, sizing and contact. Gowns are not sold through online checkout.

Challenge

If a gown cannot be bought online, is there a reason to show it online at all?

My role

I advised the business on website and e-commerce presentation, focusing on the customer journey and how the gowns are shown. I did not build the website.

Approach

My key recommendation was to show the gowns online even without checkout. Brides browse visually before they ever book an appointment. Seeing the gowns builds desire, and the website can work as a digital showroom that motivates a visit to the atelier or store.

Visual decisions

The walkthrough below shows the direction in the finished site: a full-width editorial hero, gowns organized by named collection, and detailed gallery views of each gown.

Final execution

A short recording of the live website.

Customer-experience rationale

For a purchase this personal, the website is the first fitting room. Showing the gowns well lets a customer imagine herself in one, and gives her a reason to make the visit. The website supports the store rather than replacing it.

This case study describes advisory work. I did not build or develop the website, and no sales, traffic or conversion figures are claimed.
